Camp Overview
Rising stars will experience an intimate performance in The Weber School’s new Tzadik Performing Arts Center, featuring a three-quarter thrust stage, placing audiences close to the action on stage. During this two-week drama camp, performers will explore auditioning, casting, acting, movement, music, and choreography—all while rehearsing for a spectacular production of High School Musical JR.
A final production will be held for family members on the second Friday of the drama camp session.
Parents can drop off and pick up their campers directly from The Weber School at our normal camp hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. For those who want to drop off campers with siblings or at the MJCCA, campers must arrive at the MJCCA by 8:45 am to ensure their spot on our 9:00 am bus to The Weber School. After an amazing day on stage or behind the scenes, campers will return to the MJCCA in time for carpool and bus pickup at 4:00 pm.
